Return Policy
Products may need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible.
Returning a Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty:

To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise. The manufacturer's warranty information and phone number is included with the product. When you call the manufacturer's Customer Service Department, a representative will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program.
Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call or email the Fish Dog Company to let us know. If UPS was the shipper, call 1-800-PICKUPS. UPS is reliable and responsible, and has a customer friendly claims programs.
Returning a Product for Other Reasons:
We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons, provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and container, and you return it within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) from our Customer Service Department. Indicate the reason for the return. Our RMA department will review the request and respond with a RMA# via Email. Include a copy of our email with your return, mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of box, and return the product to us via UPS or USPS Insured.
Including a copy of our RMA email, or our RMA request form fully filled out with the RMA number we supply, will allow us to process your return rapidly and correctly. You may also enclose an additional sheet of paper with the return detailing the reason of the return if you wish.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured USPS for shipment. We cannot credit you for merchandise we don't receive.
When we have received your return, we will issue a credit to the account that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product, less any shipping fees*. There will be a 25% restocking fee for products that have been opened or removed from their retail packaging.
Exchanges:
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item on our website which you'd prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.
